The Deputy State Coroner, Carmel Forbes recommended the NSW Nurses and Midwives Board conduct a review of the "professionaliasm of care" provided by the RN on duty and that a review be conducted into BCS's response.The woman lay unconscious and unattended for up to forty-five minutes and died the following day in Royal North Shore Hospital. The centre did not record the death nor conduct an internal investigation.
